CocoaPods는 Ruby로 구축되었으며 macOS에서 시스템 기본 Ruby를 사용할때 버전이 낮으면 오류가 발생된다.

macOS 시스템의 Ruby를 업데이트 해준다.

$ brew install ruby

터미널앱에 아래 명령을 실행하여 사용 중인 쉘을 확인한다.

$echo $SHELL

Bash를 사용하는 경우 $HOME/.bash_profile또는 $HOME/.bashrc

Zsh를 사용하는 경우 $HOME/.zshrc 파일에 아래와 같이 설치한 SDK의 bin위치를 패스에 추가한다.

export PATH="/usr/local/opt/ruby/bin:$PATH"
